Terms of Service

FACERANK (facerank.lol) is an entertainment platform that uses AI to rate uploaded face photos on a 0–10 scale and ranks them on a public leaderboard. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and confirm this truthfully via the 18+ checkbox before your first upload. One account per person.

• Only upload photos of yourself. No AI-generated images, no other people, no minors, no nudity or sexual content.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process (AI scoring) and display your photo as described in the Rules and Privacy Policy — solely to operate the leaderboard.
• Don't harass others, scrape the site aggressively, attempt to deanonymize users, or abuse reports.
• We may remove any photo/profile and ban any account for violations, without refund.

All ratings are generated by an AI model and provided for entertainment only. They are not assessments of beauty, health, character, or worth, and must not be used for any consequential decision about a person. See our AI Transparency page.

• Premium: $4.99/month, renews until cancelled via the Stripe billing portal.
• Day Pass: $1.99 one-time, grants unlimited viewing for 24 hours.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card details.
• Banned accounts forfeit access without refund where the ban results from ToS violations (EU statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected).

Uploading requires explicit consent to AI/biometric processing. You can withdraw consent or delete your account at any time in Settings; this permanently deletes your photos and profile immediately.

If you are a consumer domiciled in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason. To exercise it, email support (at) facerank.lol with a clear statement before the 14 days expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Digital content with immediate performance: access begins immediately after payment. At checkout you separately consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, once we have begun providing the service (i.e. your Premium subscription or Day Pass becomes active), you lose the right of withdrawal for that purchase (Art. 246a § 3 EGBGB). If you do not give this consent, access starts after the 14-day withdrawal period ends.

Subscription renewals: the withdrawal right applies to the initial purchase; each renewal period is governed by your cancellation right — you can cancel anytime via the Stripe billing portal, effective at the end of the running month. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or under mandatory product-liability law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and may require re-consent. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
