Privacy Policy

• Account: email address, password (handled by Firebase Auth; we never see it), username.
• Age confirmation: a checkbox attestation that you are 18+. We do not collect or store your date of birth.
• Photos: the selfie you upload (EXIF/GPS stripped on upload), stored privately.
• Ratings: AI-generated scores and sub-metrics for each photo you submit.
• Usage: anonymous visitor counter id (random, stored locally), coarse presence signals ("online now" counters), rate-limiting metadata (IP-derived).
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer/subscription ids — never card details.

• No advertising or third-party ad trackers.
• No selling of personal data — ever.
• No facial recognition, identification, or matching against other databases.
• Your photo is never used to train any model.

Your score, username and rank are public. Your photo is public only while ranked in the top 50; below that it appears only as a heavily blurred image unless a viewer has paid access. Your email is never public. Your original photo is accessible only to: you, entitled viewers while you are outside the top 50, and our infrastructure when serving images.

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, storage.
• Google Gemini API — one-time AI analysis of each uploaded photo.
• Stripe — payments.
• Cloudflare — hosting and DDoS protection.

Deleting your account or withdrawing consent permanently deletes all photos, ratings and your profile immediately. Unfinished uploads are purged within 48 hours. Visitor dedupe records are pruned after 180 days.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability. The self-service tools in Settings cover erasure and export-by-access; for anything else contact admin (at) facerank.lol. Legal basis for photo processing: your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time with immediate effect.

FACERANK is strictly 18+. Accounts failing age verification are deleted.
